Simulated Process Screen Printing

Simulated Process

This process is similar to four colour printing but uses regular plasitol ink instead of process colour ink, because it uses a white base its suitable for black or coloured garments, it can also be printed on white garments.

This process can be made from high resolution photos and or vector files, we can print half tone images to get full colour blends.

Last winter I did the following shirt for a customer who was having a very special birthday and everyone got a shirt.

In our shop we can print a white or discharge base, and up to five colour or six if on white. When you submit the file we can tell you how many colours we need to reproduce the image.

Simulated process is ideal for larger runs of multiple colour shirts. Contact us today for samples and quotes.
